Sales Manager
The Sales Manager (SM) role is responsible for customers acquisition. The SM will deliver sales across business and residential markets through his/her team in line with target.

The role is very hands on and the SM will spend a considerable amount of time in the field coaching, developing and showing agents how to perform to the expected standards.
​
This is a management role and the SM will lead and inspire agents by acting as a great role model and helping them at every stage of their career.

Sales performance
Deliver new customer sales in line with monthly targets
Induction of new starters, and in-life training and coaching
Maintain headcount in line with budget
Inspire manage and motivate the team/s
Day to day operational management of the team: KPIs achievement, making sure all team members have proper direction, knowledge, skills and tools to deliver expected results.
Monitor every team member to support their development.
Managing a plan of all team’s activities on daily basis, support the team in real time, work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of planned activities.
Lead from the front, acting as an outstanding role model at all times and setting the pace
Strive for continuous improvement across the team
Demonstrate a structured approach to sales, maximising every opportunity
Demonstrate thorough fact-finds, ensuring customer needs have been met Relationship management
Build strong relationships with the team
Assist team managing potential and existing customers
Act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor
Work closely with internal stakeholders and the Sales Wayleave team in order to build relationships with landlords, property managers and freeholders
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the service delivery process is completed
Engagement
Engage with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Identify and raise any potential issue before it escalates
Proactively suggest improvements that can help drive sales results
